From generation to generation there has always been a nostalgia for gathering in the kitchen with family and friends, creating recipes together to enjoy. This warm and joyful experience is not lost and is what makes my Food Alchemy classes most enjoyable.
We create a sacred environment that authentically incorporates traditional ingredients and techniques with divine inspirations from our Ancestral Sous Chefs, the culinary geniuses residing within each of us.

I have been in the lab planning magical, mystical retreats for 2021 that will delight all of your senses and elevate your mind, body, and soul. My retreats are timely, as I work with the cosmic calendar to align with the most optimal times to travel and best places to be.
Alchemy retreats are purposeful because each one includes a workshop specific to aiding you in achieving your goals and manifesting your deepest desires. You will feast on gourmet delights that elevate your vibration and attune you with your highest self. I also offer healing sound baths and meditations, nature walks and sacred Food Alchemy sessions. These retreats are unlike anything you've ever experienced, and much like everything you've always dreamed of.
