3 Ways to use ' Food As Medicine'

You don’t have to get over the counter drugs if you keep your apothecary right! Here are three ways that you can use items in your pantry or home apothecary as medicine!

  1. Use Feverfew to thwart headaches or fever.

  2. Eat Yellow Dragon Fruit for constipation.

  3. Use Guinea Hen Weed to fight serious infection and disease in the body, and to fight cancer cells.

Using Feverfew:

Instead of grabbing aspirin, enjoy a hot cup of brewed Feverfew (sweetened to taste) for your headache or fever. If the taste is too bitter and you’d rather not… try rubbing some peppermint oil on your temples instead. (You’re welcome 😏)

The Power of Yellow Dragon Fruit:

If you ever experience constipation and don’t want to take over-the-counter medicine or dislike the taste of prunes, try Yellow Dragon Fruit instead! Not only is it sweet and delicious, but you are certain to have a bowel movement shortly thereafter because of the enzymes encapsulated in every black seed in the fruit! It’s one of nature’s laxative.

Note: Yellow Dragon Fruit is not always in season. Try brewing some Cascara Sagrada for a soothing tea that will offer relief within 24 hours!

Guinea Hen to the rescue!:

If you want to fight disease in the body, cure the flu, attack infections or cancer cells, Guinea Hen Weed is a perfect weapon. Drink 1-2 cups daily until desired results are achieved.
