Your voice is POWERFUL! Activate your Throat Chakra

When someone says “ Thy/Your will be done!”,  it often resonates with a sense of connecting beautifully with a source outside of oneself. A source that's hovering above somewhere in the ethers with a mystical,  all seeing, and powerful presence. You may even feel as if you are astral projecting if you have your eyes closed and repeat the declaration. Have you ever felt that way? It’s as if you are “tapped in” to a higher source. Only difference is, you are not connecting with anyplace or anyone OUTSIDE OF YOU! All that you connect to in those moments are within! 

One might think the best chakra to work with if you want to tap into the highest source available would be the Crown Chakra. But you can work with ANY of the chakras to strengthen your spirituality and connection with source! For example: The Throat Chakra reminds us that , "The power of life and death is held in the tongue”. Need I say more? What a grand way to honor the God in you than by exercising one of your most powerful chakras! 

Here's a mindful activity you can do when the spirit moves you: 

Recite affirmations daily (aloud) that remind you of your divinity. When you have an urge to speak a truth- SPEAK IT…even if your voice shakes. And always be mindful of the words you choose, your tone of voice and inflection, and even whom you choose to converse with & give that energy to!
